Hello Bowler,

Association Manager Position
Suburban Windy City is recruiting a new association manager because our current AM will
retire on July 31, 2027. The position begins August 1, 2027, with training required beforehand.
This is not a remote position.
Eligible candidates must:
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be bondable.
• Maintain current USBC membership• Be detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
• Use Word, Excel, QuickBooks, and USBC WinLABS to process memberships
promptly.
• Commit the time needed to complete the work, including longer seasonal hours,
occasional evenings, and tournament-season weekends.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with members by phone, email, and other
channels.
Although not required, the ability to operate the office from your home, including
storing supplies and awards, is preferred. If office space must be rented, that cost
will reduce the association manager’s compensation. Compensation will be
determined by the board of directors based on experience and office location.

Cecilia.Bylls@PROTECTED. A detailed job description will be provided before your
interview.
